This one was a no brainer. Take a bunch of good ingredients, throw them together and let their flavors speak for themselves. The richness of the brie paired with juicy apple slices, honey and crusty baguette creates flavor that tastes like you spent a lot more than 10 minutes preparing it!
Short ingredient list this time.
1 Loaf French baguette
1 Crisp green apple thinly sliced
1 Wedge of brie
Honey
Halve the baguette and evenly place the brie sliced on the open faces. Baked the baguette and brie in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or until melted. Top each half with apple slices and a light drizzle of honey, along with some cracked black pepper and sea salt, serve with a fresh side salad and dig in. Life is all about the simple pleasures, and this is certainly one of them.

Yum. This looks like a perfect lunch to me. In fact, I may make this for lunch today!
This sound delicious! I gotta get some apples and make it.
Hey Angela and Jackie, thanks for the compliments.
Jackie, we checked out your new blog at http://adventureinrichmond.blogspot.com/ what a great idea. Be sure to keep some of our recipes (and some of Angela’s over at I Flip for Food too) in mind for when you get your restaurant opened up!
